Limitation of Liability Agreement: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the user agrees to waive any claims against Inventors' Roundtable, FLeCusa International and The Idea Place, LLC (hereafter referred to as "we" or "us") arising out of the provision of information to the user, except for our sole gross negligence or willful misconduct. In recognition of the rewards and benefits of the website to the user, the risks have been allocated such that user agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law, that our total liability to user and any all heirs, family members, descendants and other assignees or successors under law for any and all injuries, damages, claims, losses, expenses, or claim expenses arising out of this service from any cause or causes, shall not exceed $25.00. Such causes include, but are not limited to, our negligence, whether gross or ordinary, errors, omissions, strict liability, breach of contract or breach of warranty.

Certifications, Guarantees and Warranties: User understands and agrees that Inventors' Roundtable does not certify, guarantee, or warrant anything. (Example, we give an "A" rating to a product and you buy it. It fails immediately and you are understandably unhappy with the product and with us! So you write us and tell us that our review and rating of the product stinks! So we take your input under consideration, we probably get a bit annoyed at whoever made the product, and, where circumstances warrant it in our mind, we may reconsider our rating of that product. But we don't replace it for you or refund your money).

Dispute Resolution: User agrees with Inventors' Roundtable to non-binding mediation as a first step of any dispute between user and Inventors' Roundtable. (Example, for some reason you think we did you wrong. Instead of walking into small claims court and suing us, you send us an email and calmly and clearly state your case. We respond back in a calm and clear manner and we try to resolve our differences like reasonable people.)
